White Shell Resource Consultants is focused on conservation on tribal lands. Our technical expertise is on rangeland management and we provide field inventory and conservation planning services to ranchers, federal agencies and nonprofits.

Erin Thomas
Founder and Principal
Erin has a background in rangeland ecology and management and over 10 years of experience working as a Rangeland Management Specialist with the USDA. In addition to providing high-quality technical assistance to ranchers and organizations, she helps to manage her family's cattle company.
